This story is meant to be a social allegory about living in high rise apartments. Which is fine when dealt with properly. But it's not...The Doctor and Mel want a holiday and Mel wants a swimming pool. She oozes over the picture of the pool, which actually looks awful.

Oh dear, this is like a bunch of failed drama students who have been asked to do TV. It's painful.Wooden, bad acting to the fore!

Rickard Briers hams it up soo much that it's a good performance.

The rubbish collectors are the least scary thing you can imagine. You must be stupid if you can't escape from them!

The guards look like they are Village People rejects.

Poor Pax is is totally miscast.
