Review

The Sea Devils is a slow but interesting story that shows us our first look at the Silurian's kin, THe Sea Devils!  Although long at six episodes, it generally retains your interest although episode 5 tends to drag. The Sea Devils are well realised  The Master's involvement is not totally necessary, but he does provide the 'glue' holding it all together. The story also tends to make Pertwee in to a bit of a James Bondesque character with all of the vehicles involved which certainly differentiates this Doctor from the others.

The music gets some stick as it's all electronic sounds. Quite a departure for Who, but I think it works really well, giving the Sea Devils and eerie quality.

The Clangers are also a nice touch to see in the episode :)
