This is another story that we have seen before, so there's nothing really new or different to get the viewer interested or engaged. The budget is also a bit of a stretch as Kroll is badly imposed on the rest of the screen image. Also the model work of the refinery makes it clear that you're looking at a model. Some of the practical effects are also shabby with the tentacle of Kroll attacking the workers being laughable.
